Compare 18 product links and reference prices, then open Repfind for current options.
Compare caps and beanies by their stated fit range, adjustment and material information. A one-size label still needs a measurement you can check.

THE PRACTICAL GUIDE
Find the fit information behind a cap or beanie
Fitted caps, adjustable caps and stretch knit hats work differently. Compare the relevant measurements instead of treating every headwear label as interchangeable.
Measure where the cap will sit
New Era's guide measures around the head above the eyebrows and ears, with the tape snug rather than tight. Record that circumference before comparing a fitted size or an adjustable range. Its conversion tables describe its own cap styles. For a source listing, ask for the actual stated range and check which closure or fit type is shown, rather than transferring a number from another manufacturer's chart.
New Era: Headwear Sizing ChartAsk what one-size means for that item
Check whether the fit comes from a strap, snap closure, elastic panel or stretch knit. Ask for a stated head range where available and compare the cap depth or beanie height with something you wear. For cuffed beanies, establish whether height was measured folded or unfolded. These are comparison questions, not promises of fit; a photograph cannot show how much pressure the hat will place on your head.
Confirm the fibre before choosing a care method
Woolmark's care guidance begins with the garment's care claim and distinguishes machine-washable items from hand-wash-only items. Apply wool advice only when the fibre and label make it relevant. For a knit hat, ask for both material information and readable care instructions. An apparently woolly texture is not enough to identify the fibre, and a general knit description does not establish whether washing, heat or tumble drying is suitable.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Headwear / Caps & Beanies FAQ
Does one-size mean a hat fits everyone?
No. Ask for the stated circumference range and how the adjustment or stretch works. Compare it with your own measurement and a hat you already find comfortable.
Can I use a New Era chart for every cap?
Use it to understand measurement methods and the listed New Era styles. A different source listing needs its own size information; the chart does not verify its dimensions.
Can every beanie be machine washed?
Check the material and care instructions first. Woolmark distinguishes between different care claims; a knitted appearance does not establish the fibre or an appropriate wash cycle.
